German Speaking Circle of Friends

I would like to build a circle of friends, or meet other German speaking persons who live in or around London.

The aim is to keep ones own language skills going and to help the next Generation keep their language skills as well.

Anyone who speaks German is very welcome so please contact me for details and how we all could meet.

Anyone is invited, you do not have to be German, just be able to speak German reasonably well or at least have the interest to do so. This would be a perfect venue to upkeep the learned skills.

This circle was reasonable active in 2003 and 2004 but then petered out due to people moving away and my own committments. However I would like to start it up again where we can meet at least once every one to two months.

Please contact me so that I can get a list together to start a meet. Once I know where people live I can coordinate a reasonable venue to start the German round table.

Anyone is welcome, old or young, new to the UK or already settled in. With kids or pets, everyone is welcome.

I just ask for people to be flexible and open minded. If you have a disability please let me know so that I can choose the right venue due to access issues.

If you are a registered German Teacher in the UK and would like to get a free listing then please contact me. This site gets lots of visitors who require all kinds of tuitition from all over the UK and I cannot take on most of the work due to location. If you are a German Club please let me know and I will add your listing as well. The listing service is FREE and you will be listed for as long as you want or as long as this site is up and running.
